The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences was established in 1975 under the administration of The Ankara Academe of Economics and Commerce with the name of Muğla School of Business. In 1982, the School pursued its higher education activities under the administrative authority of Dokuz Eylül University. In 1992, after the establishment of the University of Muğla, the School was altered to a Faculty and became the core of the establishment of the University.
Our faculty still continues its education activities in the departments of Business Administration, Business Administration (Evening Education), Economics, Economics (Evening Education), Economics (English) Public Administration, Public Administration (Evening Education), Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Political Science and International Relations and International Trade and Finance.
The main goal of the Faculty is to contribute to the universal knowledge through its activities in its main areas of study. It, in addition, provides its graduates with the ability of reaching the prime knowledge and expertise and also with the occupational compatibility that is convertible worldwide in an increasingly competitive and demanding global business environment.
